The father of marketing Philip Kotler had some interesting insights into Peter Drucker, and claimed he was the "first marketer."
There is so much "good" here. I have been working on a book on servant leadership for a client and the insights Kotler offers are in perfect alignment with the concept. I especially resonate with the idea of figuring out the what customers value. It would seem to me conducting extensive research to discover the variety of what customers value worldwide would be very worthwhile as a foundation for developing your marketing plan.
Mark that's amazing to have your marketing hero love your work! Marketing Rebellion is a fabulous book too!
